Perry was a very informative sales rep for Sullivan and helped us in all that we needed in order to purchase our car yesterday. Joe was very personable and easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in and walked me through all the features. I also sent an email to Joe thanking him. As I told Joe, I have purchased 5 vehicles in the last 6 years and this was by far the least painful. I say painful because I have had some less desirable experiences in the past and almost expected the same. I will be looking to replace my wife’s Yukon XL in the next 12-18 months and will definitely return to Sullivan.

Gerald Hamilton is a great salesman he was very helpful. Someone else explained the all the features and he did an excellent job. We are really enjoying the car! It was the right choice for us. As far as Gabriel- he was great! I would recommend him to a friend that wanted to buy. He was able to assist me on line with all the grunt work- deals, numbers, etc that can be not so fun to do. And then when we came in person he was very attentive and detailed in the process.

In addition to thanking you, I wanted you to know what set your dealership apart from the others that I had contacted via the internet. The initiating process is similar across the dealerships, where I requested a quote on a specific make and model. The difference was that your dealership was the ONLY dealership who responded to my email with the information requested. The others responded in various ways - asking annoying questions such as "What interested me in the Acadia" or more directly - "What is your phone number".
